Whether it’s the Belen Flood in July 2021, the Boulder, Colo. wildfires earlier this year, or the McBride Fire in Ruidoso, N.M. last week, natural disasters are becoming more widespread and creating more damage than years past.

We hope that none of our members are impacted by these natural disasters, but if any of our members are, Kirtland Federal Credit Union is prepared to help. Our members are valuable to us, and we are here to offer peace of mind in the event of a natural disaster. The Member Assistance Program can help members bounce back with the following products and services:

  • Courtesy Pay fee refunds

  • Waiver of share certificate early withdrawal penalties

  • Waive fees for wire transfers and cashier’s checks

  • Late payment fee waiver or refund – Consumer Loans and Credit Cards

  • Relief Loans available (subject to approval)

  • Payment Deferral – Consumer Loans and Credit Cards

If you need additional assistance around making payments or acquiring financial assistance, we are willing to work with you. Contact us by phone at (800) 880-5328 and speak to a representative in our Member Contact Center, or come in to any of our branches.
